Office Coordinator

What will you be doing?

We are looking for an Office Coordinator to help our growing company operate smoothly and efficiently while representing our brand to our clients, students and event attendees.

If you love challenges and variety, are always thinking two steps ahead to anticipate needs, and have strong organization and communication skills, this role is for you! You’ll work closely with all members of the team including leadership to assist with projects, schedule meetings/travel, support event preparation/execution and keep our office functioning smoothly.

The ideal candidate is able to proactively manage multiple projects, schedules and priorities.  They should have a knack for organization and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who can think and act quickly and brings a positive energy to the team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide exceptional administrative and office management support
  • Deliver excellent customer service as the initial phone, email and chat contact for company inquiries
  • Track inventory and manage the ordering and stocking of office supplies, technology, swag and snacks
  • Manage travel and calendars for the Executive Team as needed
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and ship outgoing mail as needed
  • Support team members in addressing and solving ad hoc needs and requests

Marketing Manager

What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing our overall brand and marketing strategy, including tactical implementation. This is a hands-on position that will develop with multi-channel, multi-touch, marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media, conferences and events, PR releases, website, and inbound strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to build pipeline and drive revenue for enterprise and consumer business
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns and vendors through a variety of channels, including but not limited to, web, SEO, pay-per-click, social and email
  • Develop and execute a PR and thought leadership strategy in both existing and new markets

Manager, Information Security Services

What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Manager, Information Security Services that will help lead Evolve Security’s growing team and support expansion into new markets. This role will work directly with Evolve Security leadership to grow the company in a strategic and thoughtful way while building a team of talented security professionals.

We are looking for an individual with a strong technical background, along with a thorough understanding of cyber security and management. In addition, candidates should demonstrate knowledge of how information security integrates into, and impacts the business, and its value in business risk management, and have the capability to lead projects and steer small to medium size teams executing them.

This position has the option to work remote with potential to travel up to 30%. We are targeting major Midwestern cities, however all interested candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of location.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of technical security professionals delivering services to clients

Business Development Associate (Enterprise)

What will you be doing?

Evolve Security is looking for a Business Development Associate to support the Business Development and Sales/Solution Delivery teams.

We are looking for growth. The ideal individual will be eager to help grow our team and have a strong interest in breaking into IT Security Sales. The Business Development Associate will support the Business Development and Area Sales/Solution Delivery Teams.

This role is focused on building our sales pipeline with potential clients interested in improving their security posture. You are involved in the full sales cycle from prospecting, to quote generation, to assisting/negotiating contracts, and managing client expectations. This is a growth opportunity role, with the intention of growing sales and account team members as they mature in our process and demonstrate aptitude in the business development role.

As a lead generation and support role, daily responsibilities may involve some cold calling follow up, high volume email management, scouting LinkedIn (and other resources) for leads or research and attending networking events occasionally. Successful candidates will be creative in developing experimental ways to connect and set up meetings with key individuals. Additionally, you may assist with the development of marketing materials, analyze business competition and will maintain corporate contact lists via CRM (Salesforce). You will partner with marketing, sales and production managers to create and implement business strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.

This is a Salary + Commission position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Uncovering new business opportunities and generating qualified leads through targeted prospecting using company resources, online networking tools, social media, business directories, referrals and networking at local events to maintain monthly/quarterly Business Development team quota
  • Implementing lead generation best practices and creatively innovating your own strategies through email templates, A/B sales Messaging/testing methodologies and list segmentation

Part - Time Cybersecurity Instructor (Chicago-only)

Evolve Security is looking for a part time Cybersecurity Instructor to join our team!

What will you be doing?
We are building out our pool of Evolve Security Academy instructors and looking for security professionals passionate about training new security talent. Share your knowledge and expertise with individuals passionate about entering the cybersecurity field.

PRO In-Person Bootcamp:

  • Location: Chicago, IL in the Merchandise Mart at 1871
  • Time commitment:  Classes meet Monday - Thursday from 6pm - 9pm
    CST and every other Saturday from 10am - 3pm (~15 hours per week)

REMOTE Online Bootcamp:

  • Location: Video conference
  • Time commitment:  Classes meet Monday - Thursday from 7pm - 9pm CST (~12 hours per week)

Instructors lead discussions, provide analysis of security concepts, facilitate hands-on labs, support students in their projects and challenges, and provide feedback to students. Throughout the course, the lead instructor’s efforts are complemented by Evolve Security video modules and advisor support.

Responsibilities include:

  • The overall training and success of the student cohort
  • Daily delivery and facilitation of curriculum, instruction, reviews and labs
  • Communicate advanced security concepts
  • Enhance curriculum and labs
